Brian Kline
Brian Kline serves as President & CEO of JB Kline Landscaping and has been leading the family-owned business since 2004, after taking over from his father, founder John "JB" Kline. Having been with the company since 1998, Brian is dedicated to preserving the family values that have shaped JB Kline for more than 50 years while driving the company's strategic growth and long-term vision. He is passionate about building lasting client relationships, developing strong leaders, and fostering a culture centered on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service. A lifelong resident of Laytonsville, Maryland, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters, and their dogs, Gus and Sadie. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, visiting Deep Creek with his family, and supporting the Montgomery County 4-H program, where he grew up and where his daughters are now active participants.
JON VON STADEN
Chief Financial Officer
Jon von Staden
Jon von Staden serves as the Chief Financial Officer at JB Kline Landscaping, where he provides strategic financial leadership, reporting, and operational guidance as a member of the company's Senior Leadership Team. With more than 30 years of experience in finance and the construction industry, including over two years with JB Kline, Jon has held progressive leadership roles spanning cost accounting, cost engineering, financial planning and analysis, business operations, and controllership. Jon earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Business from Frostburg State University and is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and now residing in Germantown, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his children at their lacrosse and soccer games. He is also an avid supporter of the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, Johns Hopkins lacrosse, and University of Maryland lacrosse.
NATHAN IAGER
Vice President of Landscape Construction
Nathan Iager
Nathan Iager serves as Vice President of the Landscape Construction Division at JB Kline Landscaping, where he leads the sales and production teams responsible for delivering the company's commercial landscape construction projects. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he helps guide the company's strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives. Since joining JB Kline Landscaping in 2015, Nathan has combined technical engineering expertise with hands-on project management experience to help grow the Landscape Construction Division into a trusted partner for complex commercial projects throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a LEED Green Associate. Prior to joining JB Kline, Nathan worked on the engineering side of the construction industry, developing the technical and project management expertise that continues to shape his leadership today. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons on their small farm, where he enjoys tackling construction and agricultural projects while putting new ideas to the test.

Jason Kilmore
Jason David Kilmore serves as Vice President of the Maintenance Division at JB Kline Landscaping, where he leads operations, business development, financial performance, and strategic growth across the company's maintenance branches. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he helps shape the company's strategic direction while driving operational excellence and long-term growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the green industry and business leadership, Jason is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building lasting client partnerships, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Management from The Pennsylvania State University. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, camping, traveling, following college football, and reading books focused on leadership and business development.
