Jason David Kilmore serves as Vice President of the Maintenance Division at JB Kline Landscaping, where he leads operations, business development, financial performance, and strategic growth across the company's maintenance branches. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he helps shape the company's strategic direction while driving operational excellence and long-term growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the green industry and business leadership, Jason is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building lasting client partnerships, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Management from The Pennsylvania State University. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, camping, traveling, following college football, and reading books focused on leadership and business development.

John Burgoyne serves as the Laytonsville Business Development Manager of the Maintenance Division and has been with JB Kline Landscaping since 2022. He is responsible for cultivating new relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, and community associations, helping clients identify landscape solutions that meet their needs while ensuring a seamless transition for new properties joining the JB Kline family. Prior to joining JB Kline, John gained valuable experience in commercial real estate appraisal and community management, where he held his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, as well as real estate salesperson licenses in both Virginia and Washington, DC. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina. Originally from Montgomery County, Maryland, John enjoys golfing with family and friends and cheering on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and the Philadelphia Eagles each fall.

Julio Davila serves as a Production Manager at our Frederick office for our Maintenance Division, where he oversees the daily operations of six maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. He works closely with customers and field teams to address property needs, provide exceptional service, and train crew members throughout the season to support their growth and deliver outstanding results. Julio had more than 20 years of landscaping experience, having advanced through roles including Crew Member, Crew Leader, Supervisor, Superintendent in landscape construction, and Production Manager in landscape maintenance. He graduated from Clifton High School in New Jersey and began his landscaping career shortly after, developing a lifelong passion for the industry. Originally from Guatemala, Julio moved to the United States at the age of 15. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, grilling year-round, traveling with family and friends, and cheering on his favorite soccer team, FC Barcelona.

Adrian Durham serves as the Laytonsville Branch Manager of the Maintenance Division and has been with JB Kline Landscaping since 2022. With more than 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Adrian oversees the daily operations of the Laytonsville branch, including financial planning, team leadership, and strategic decision-making. Having advanced through roles ranging from Laborer and Crew Leader to Production Manager and Account Manager, he is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, supporting his team, and exceeding client expectations. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Adrian has continued his professional development through industry training and hands-on experience throughout his career. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Adrian also enjoys doing impressions of characters (and even a few coworkers), which always keeps the office laughing.

Jorge Escobedo serves as the Enhancement Manager at JB Kline Landscaping for our Maintenance Division, where he oversees landscape enhancement projects from planning through completion. With more than 23 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Jorge manages project scheduling, estimating, purchasing, material coordination, and subcontractor oversight while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality hardscape, softscape, erosion control, and landscape enhancement solutions that meet both company and client expectations. Jorge holds a degree in Chemistry and Biology and is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT). He also holds a Maryland Pesticide License and a Retaining Wall Certification, among other industry credentials. Originally from Mexico and raised in the states of Veracruz and Chiapas, where he completed his education, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, participating in outdoor activities, and watching sports.

Moises Espino serves as the Anne Arundel Production Manager of the Maintenance Division and has been with JB Kline Landscaping since 2022. With more than 40 years of landscaping experience, he oversees the daily operations of the maintenance crews, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Moises works closely with field teams and account managers to coordinate operations, support employees, and deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds client expectations. Originally from Ipala, Guatemala, his extensive hands-on experience has made him a trusted leader and mentor within the organization. Outside of work, Moises enjoys fishing, spending time with his family—especially his new grandchild—and traveling to Guatemala to relax and work on his farm.

Since joining the company in 2021, Anahi has brought more than six years of administrative experience, including a background in healthcare operations and office support. She oversees job setup, accounts receivable and payable, and provides day-to-day operational support while collaborating with clients and team members to ensure every project is well managed and delivers exceptional customer service. Anahi is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Originally from Maryland, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can.

Danny Gilbert joined JB Kline Landscaping in November 2021 and serves as the Anne Arundel Branch Manager for the Maintenance Division. With more than eight years of experience in the landscaping industry, he oversees the daily operations of the Anne Arundel branch, leading his team while partnering with property managers to deliver exceptional service, proactive landscape solutions, and long-term client relationships. Danny earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Glenville State University. A Maryland native from Sykesville, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and escaping to West Virginia whenever he can. A fun fact about Danny is that he kept honeybees for three years, giving him a greater appreciation for nature and conservation.

Eric Ireland serves as the Frederick Business Development Manager of the Maintenance Division, where he focuses on building new client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping prospective clients discover the value of partnering with JB Kline Landscaping. He works closely with clients throughout the Frederick region, promoting the company's commitment to exceptional service, quality workmanship, and long-term partnerships. Eric brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, including 6 years in parks and recreation management, 20 years in executive leadership with the YMCA of Frederick County, and six years in sales and design within the pool industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management from West Virginia University. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, and later attending high school outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Eric enjoys whitewater kayaking, hiking, running, mountain biking, gardening, and cooking on the grill. He is also the proud father of two children, Brooke and Connor, both students at Shepherd University and collegiate athletes.

Sabraya Isaacs serves as an Account Manager for the Anne Arundel Maintenance Branch, bringing six years of landscaping experience and more than 16 years of leadership in corporate safety and risk management. She partners with clients to maintain and enhance their properties through customized landscape solutions, enhancement projects, and stormwater management initiatives while working closely with field teams to ensure exceptional service. Her background in workplace safety and training helps foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout every project. Sabraya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, an OSHA 30-Hour Certification, is an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, has completed Occupational Health and Safety coursework through CCBC, and is a Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) Level 2 Certified in the Design and Installation of Bioretention and Stormwater Management Practices. Born and raised in Carroll County, Maryland, where she now raises her own family, Sabraya enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years, Matt, their two children, Gabriella and Cameron, and their dogs, Creed and Scooby. Together, they love swimming, spending time outdoors, and making the most of family time.

Since joining JB Kline Landscaping in 2019, Harrison has played an integral role in expanding the company's client relationships and strengthening its reputation for exceptional service. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Mississippi. Residing in Olney, Maryland, Harrison enjoys spending time with his wife and family, boating, fishing, golfing, and visiting Fenwick Island.

Bringing more than 20 years of sales experience in the construction industry, Paul is dedicated to understanding each client's needs and delivering exceptional service while fostering long-term partnerships. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their two sons, tackling home improvement projects, staying active outdoors, playing in softball leagues, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and finding time to exercise whenever he can.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, cheering on his favorite baseball and football teams, golfing (especially when his drives stay in the fairway), relaxing at the beach, and visiting local breweries with his extended family.

With more than 10 years of experience as an Office Manager and Branch Administrator, including the past year and a half with JB Kline Landscaping, Lindsey is known for her organization, problem-solving skills, and dedication to creating an efficient and welcoming work environment. Originally from Glen Burnie, Maryland, Lindsey is a proud mom of five boys and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her children at soccer and lacrosse games, spending time with her family, and making memories with her two chocolate Labs, Bella and Amore.

Outside of work, Corbin enjoys tackling outdoor projects at home and spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially at the beach or Deep Creek Lake.

Scott Sindall joined JB Kline Landscaping in 2025 and serves as the Frederick Branch Manager for the Maintenance Division, bringing in more than 14 years of experience in the landscape industry. He oversees branch operations, supports field teams, and works closely with clients to ensure every property receives exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Scott earned his degree in History from Limestone University and holds both Maryland Pesticide and Pennsylvania Insecticide Licenses. A Silver Spring, Maryland native, he is a two-time NCAA National Champion in lacrosse (2014 and 2015) and previously coached travel lacrosse for Team Maryland. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, friends, fiancée, and their three dogs—Ferguson, Paisley, and Orla—and traveling to the beach and Long Island whenever he can.

Since joining JB Kline in 2026, Divan has brought more than 25 years of landscaping experience, including 15 years serving clients throughout Frederick County, helping ensure each property's landscape vision is achieved. Originally from Middelburg in South Africa's Eastern Cape, he moved to the United States in 2001. Outside of work, Divan enjoys spending time with his wife of 17 years, Heather, and their two children, Weston and Tinley. As a family, they love camping, traveling with their camper to state parks, and staying active outdoors. Divan is also passionate about youth sports and currently coaches both flag and tackle football, serving as the head coach of the Oakdale Pony D1 Bears.

Originally from Damascus, Maryland, and now residing in Mt. Airy, she takes pride in fostering a collaborative environment that reflects JB Kline's core values. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and antiquing in search of hidden treasures. She is also a passionate advocate for the special needs community, supporting opportunities that promote inclusion and independence.

Nexer Zepeda serves as an Account Manager at JB Kline’s Laytonsville Maintenance Division, bringing more than 28 years of experience in horticulture, landscape management, turfgrass science, and environmental stewardship. He partners with clients to provide expert guidance and customized solutions that enhance the health, appearance, and sustainability of their landscapes. Nexer earned a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science with a minor in Golf Turf Management from Rutgers University, as well as an Associate Degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from the Community College of Baltimore County. He is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) in Ornamental Horticulture and Turf Management and holds a Maryland Turf and Ornamental Management License. Residing in Westminster, Maryland, Nexer enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and working in his garden.
